Our new brew for the rugby is Lunny’s No.8

At 4.8% this golden beer has strop hoppy and bitter overtones, a truly refreshing and satisfying Bitter drink.

The beer is elling really well, and you can find it locally at the Mushroom Hall in Albert Village, The Millwheel in Hartshorne and the Greyhound in woodville

Golden Duck will also be represented at the Loughborough winter beer festival, which will be held at the ‘Polish Club’ situated on True Lover Walk which is just off William Street. Both Reverend Green 5.5% and LFB 4.3% will be on sale. Also a beer that Harry has brewed for Alchemist Brewery called Fire Starter 3.9% will be on sale too.

Golden Duck Brewery will be represented at the Dudley Beer Festival which starts tomorrow at the Town Hall in Dudley. Reverend Green 5.5% and LFB 4.3% will be on sale throughout the weekend, or until all sold out……………….

Our Christmas offering is a little 5.5% number called Santa’s Stumped. The title was the brainchild of Ben Pearson who will recieve an 18 pint box as a reward for coming up with the name. The beer is a dark beer, malty and hoppy with a backdrop of sweet cinnemon.

Golden Duck beers are in Bar A of the main marquee on the top of the hill. Couldnt see where the wristy fitzy was, but the numbers are 130 – 134. The Reverend Green is underneath (you can just make out the new pump clip)

Our new brew will make its debut at the Nottingham Beer festival http://www.beerfestival.nottinghamcamra.org/  which will be held at the Nottingham castle grounds next weekend October 11th to 14th. All 4 of our brews will be sale; LFB 4.3%, Nosey Parker 5.0%, Wristy Fitzy 4.6% and Reverend Green 5.5%. Look forward to seeing everyone at the festival.

Although we have plans to brew more ‘Nosey Parker’ next summer, we will be brewing no more this year. The brew will say its goodbye for the year at the Nottingham Beer Festival next weekend, and a beer festival in South Devon/Cornwall (tbc).

The Brunswick in Derby will be holding a beer festival from today the 3/10 up to the sunday of this weekend. They have ‘Nosey Parker’ and ‘Wristy Fitzy’

LFB will be on sale at the Northwich Beer Festival on the 21st and 22nd of September
